This is a 48 y.o. female who is 55 and weight 140 lb. She presents with bilateral deflation of her saline breast implant. She had a vertical breast lift with the placement of 325cc silicone breast implants. Her post-operative photos are taken 6 months after replacement with silicone breast implants.
