This is a 32 y.o. female 53 and 125 lbs who presents for a breast lift. Pregnancy has caused her breast to sag and lose volume. Her goal is to have perky breasts again. She had a vertical breast lift with 300 cc silicone gummy bear implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery. Her incisions are beginning to fade.
