Case #1101
This is a 50 y.o. female 55 and 185 lbs who complain of breast ptosis and loss of upper pole fullness. Even though she has good volume it is important for her to have upper breast fullness long term. A breast lift will begin to migrate downward soon after surgery but an implant would be permanent. She had an inverted-T breast lift with a 300 cc silicone gummy bear implant. She is seen 10 months after surgery.
