This is a 44 y.o. female 58 and 129 lbs who presents for a breast lift with augmentation. She is not happy with the lack of volume and the position of her nipple-areolar complex after having children. She had a verticle breast lift with 300 cc silicone implants. Her cup size went from a B-cup to a C+. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
