This is a 39 y.o. female 56 and 125 lbs who has completed her childbearing years. She has undergone a tummy tuck with muscle repair (diastasis recti). In addition, she has had liposuction of the flanks. She is seen 8 months after surgery.
Note the absence of the verticle scar below the belly button.
