This is a 36 y.o. female 54 and 130 lbs who has completed her childbearing years. She has undergone a tummy tuck with muscle repair (diastasis recti). In addition, she has had liposuction of the flanks. She is seen 5 months after surgery.
Note how the flank liposuction and tightening of the flank skin during the tummy tuck enhances the projection of the buttocks.
