CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 26-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County, California for evaluation of nasal reshaping. She complains of the nasal dorsal fullness and the down turned nasal tip. She underwent an external rhinoplasty through an open nasal approach with dorsal reduction, tip refinement and silicone chin implant augmentation. Her surgical procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her photographs are seen one year after surgery. Note the improved overall facial balance.
