CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 28-year-old resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office location at Union Square for evaluation for nasal reshaping. Her complaint is the nasal dorsal hump fullness and the down-turned nasal tip. She underwent an external rhinoplasty with an open nasal approach with dorsal reduction and nasal tip refinement. Her nasal surgical procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her photographs are seen one year after her nasal surgery. Note the improved balance to her facial features.
