CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 33-year-old resident of Sonoma County who presented to the Novato office in Marin County, California for evaluation for nose reshaping. Her complaints were the fullness of her nasal dorsum and the down-turned tip. She underwent an external nose reshaping, or rhinoplasty, with nasal hump reduction and tip refinement. Her surgery was performed at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note the better balance and proportioned nose to her face
