CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 23-year-old, female, Santa Rosa, California resident who presented to the Novato office in Marin County for evaluation of nose reshaping, or rhinoplasty. Her complaints were the slight elevation of her nasal dorsum and the slight fullness of her nasal tip. She underwent external nose reshaping with reduction of the nasal hump and slight tip refinement. She is seen approximately one year after surgery. Note the subtle improvement in her overall appearance.
