CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 31-year-old, San Francisco resident who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for nasal reshaping. She complains of the slight fullness of the nasal dorsum and the slight fullness of her nasal tip. She underwent external open rhinoplasty technique with reduction of the nasal dorsal hump and tip refinement. Her nasal reshaping surgical procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her photographs are seen one year after her nasal surgery. Note the slight improvement of her nasal profile
