CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 45-year-old resident of San Rafael, California who presented to the Novato office location in Marin County, California for evaluation for her crooked nose. She underwent nasal reshaping through an external nasal open approach. In addition, she underwent a brow lift, upper eyelid lift, and fat injections to her cheeks. The photographs are seen nine months after her facial surgery. Note the straighter nasal profile and the fullness and well-balanced cheek region.
