Case #0913

This is a 31 y.o. female who is 58 and weight 128 lb. She presents with bilateral capsular contracture or scar tissue build-up around the breast implants. She had en bloc removal of the scar tissue and implant with replacement with a 350cc silicone gummy bear breast implant. Her post-operative photos are taken 9 months after surgery. She wanted a natural-appearing breast and wanted to avoid the incisions of a breast lift.
