This is a 61 y.o. female who is 55 and weight 143 lb. who presents after her breast implants were removed due to infection. She waited 12 months before coming to our office so that the infection would clear completely and the scar tissue would soften. She had 300cc silicone gummy bear implants placed in the sub-pectoralis pocket. Her post-operative photos are shown 9 months after surgery.
