This is a 39 year old female who underwent breast augmentation in 2008. She developed a left side post-operative hematoma and developed capsular contraction. She presented to Dr. Delgados office for breast revision surgery. This will be her third breast surgery. She underwent bilateral capsulectomy with replacement of the silicone implants with Strattice, a human tissue replacement, over the left inferior aspect of her breast due to severe capsular contraction and thin skin. The implants were changed from 450 cc. silicone implants down to 325 cc. Her post-op photos are seen at about 9 months.
