This is a 48 year old female who has had two breast augmentation procedures in the past, one in 1991 and the other in 2008. She now presents with bilateral capsular contractures. She underwent bilateral capsulectomies with bilateral breast re-augmentation. She had 375 cc. implant on the left side and 400 cc. silicone implant on the right side. The patient is seen 6 months after surgery.
