This is a 70 year old female who had silicone breast implants placed approximately 30 years ago. The implants were removed in 2011 due to bilateral rupture of the silicone implants. The implants and free silicone were removed but the implants were not replaced. She presents to Dr. Delgados office for bilateral re-augmentation. She underwent re-augmentation using Mentor anatomical implants 555 cc. medium height high profile implants. Her post-op photos are seen at 4 months after surgery.
