She has had bilateral breast augmentation with normal-saline breast implants. She developed bilateral breast contractures after eight years. She had a 550 cc, normal-saline breast implant on her right side and a 490 cc breast implant on her left. She had replacement with a base size, Mentor normal-saline breast implant of 625 cc. The implants were inflated to 700 cc on her right side and 720 cc on her left side. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note the preoperative left side had a severe contracture and constriction, causing the implant to ride upward. Note the after surgery and the capsule, or scar, tissue being removed. The breast implant placement shows better positioning.
