CASE DESCRIPTION: Santa Rosa, California – This is a 40-year-old, female resident of Sonoma, California who presented to the Novato office location in Marin County for evaluation for revisional breast surgery. She had her initial breast augmentation in 1989 and replacement in 1995 with 180 cc, normal-saline breast implants. Her complaints were wrinkling and the small size. She had completed having her children and wanted replacement with new implants. She underwent replacement with Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 375 cc with a fill of 425 cc on her right and 450 cc on her left. Her procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note the more proportional and natural shape of her breasts.
