CASE DESCRIPTION: Santa Rosa, California – A 48-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California, and presents to the Marin County Novato office for breast revision surgery. Her initial surgery was performed approximately 10 years ago. At that time, she had placement of 300cc normal saline breast implants in the sub-muscular space. She achieved a nice natural appearance. Over the next 10 years she developed a leak of the right normal saline implant and desired to have them exchanged for silicone implants. Of note, over the years one can see how the breast tissue has stretched, the nipple position has changed, and the quality of her skin has changed. She did not desire to have a breast lift.
