CASE DESCRIPTION: Tiburon, California – A 41-year-old resident of Monterey, California who presents to the San Francisco office at Union Square for breast revision surgery. She was born with breast asymmetry- left breast larger than the right. She underwent a right breast augmentation with 300cc normal saline implant and a left periareolar lift with 200cc normal saline implant. Her complaints are a high riding and firm right breast implant, and skin laxity at left breast. She underwent right capsulectomy with lowering of the breast pocket and replacement with 375cc normal saline implant on her right with replacement of 300cc high-profile normal saline implant on her left. Note the better balance and symmetry of her breasts. Her surgical procedure was performed at Dr. Delgado’s private surgical facility, Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, Marin County, California.
