CASE DESCRIPTION: Greenbrae, California A 28-year-old resident of Greenbrae, California who presents for breast revision surgery. She had previously had a periareolar breast lift with 300cc normal saline implants. Over the ensuing three-year period she wanted to have an increase in volume of her breast implants. She had a change in her implant volume from 300cc to 400cc to achieve more fullness. Her surgery was performed at Dr. Delgados private surgical facility, Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Novato, Marin County, California.
