CASE DESCRIPTION: San Rafael, California – This is a 30-year-old, female resident of Mill Valley, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for revisional breast surgery. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation in 2001 with 350 cc, normal-saline breast implants. Her primary objective was to become larger and to correct some slight asymmetries. She had replacement with a 600 cc, Mentor silicone-gel breast implant on her left and a 650 cc, silicone-gel breast implant on her right side. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
