Case #0898

This is a 20 y.o. female 510 and 162 lbs who present with tubular breast deformity. Her goal is to have normal-looking breasts and normal areola. She also wants larger breast which is proportional to her body. She had a peri-areolar lift and 350 cc silicone breast implants. She is seen 6 months after surgery.

Note the stretch marks that have developed form the quick expansion if the skin. This is rare.
