CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 43-year-old resident of San Francisco, California, who presented to the 450 Sutter office at Union Square for evaluation for her neck. She states that her fullness is genetic and that it really does not fluctuate much with weight loss. She does not desire a facelift. She underwent a neck lift with liposuction of her neck, platysma muscle tightening and a mastoid jaw definition suture as well as skin resection behind the ears. These photographs were seen six months after surgery. Her procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
