CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 51-year-old resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco bay area office location at Union Square for evaluation for a Mommy Makeover. She is the mother of two children and is 5 feet 7 inches tall. She has had two C-sections. She underwent a short-scar breast reduction, a tummy tuck and liposuction of the back, flanks and upper hips. She had approximately 4000 cc of fat extracted. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California
