This is a 33-year-old, male resident of Sonoma, California who presented to the Novato office in Marin County for evaluation for liposuction. He presented with gynecomastia, male breast enlargement, and excess fat around his waist and abdomen. He is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 170 pounds. He underwent male breast reduction with gland excision and liposuction of his chest with ultrasonic liposuction of the abdomen and flanks at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. The photographs are taken one year after surgery. Note the slimmer contour of his body and the improved contour of his chest.
