This is a 42-year-old resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office location at Union Square for evaluation for gynecomastia and liposuction. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He underwent ultrasonic liposuction of the abdomen of 900 cc, the flank 1200 cc, and of the chest 300 cc at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note, his gynecomastia would have been better-treated if the breast gland was extracted at the time of liposuction.
