This is a 42 y.o. female who is 5 7 and weighs 133 lbs and presents with lipodystrophy of the flanks, inner and outer thighs. She underwent Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) of these areas, and post-operative photos are seen 9 months after surgery.
