Case #0791

This is a 32 y.o. female who is 5 7 and weighs 130 lbs and presents with lipodystrophy of the flanks and outer thighs. She underwent Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) of these areas, and post-operative photos are seen 10 months after surgery. Her posterior view is termed a violin deformity and note the nice changes. No liposuction was done to the buttock area or fat added. The major art of buttock surgery is shaping the fat around the butt region as shown in this case.
