This is a 40 y.o. female who is 5 5 and weighs 128 lbs and presents with lipodystrophy of the flanks. She underwent Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) of this area, and post-operative photos are seen 9 months after surgery. Note how the shape of the buttocks becomes rounded and projects.
