This is a 42 y.o. female who is 5 4 and weighs 153 lbs and presents with lipodystrophy of the back and flanks. She underwent Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) of these areas, and post-operative photos are seen 10 months after surgery. Note the loss of the back fold and how the buttocks change shape as the fat is sculpted from the flanks.
