CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 39-year-old resident of Mill Valley, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for liposuction. She is 5 feet 3 inches and 135 pounds. She underwent ultrasonic liposuction of the abdomen with 800 cc extracted and 900 cc in the flanks, 400 cc from the inner thighs and 800 cc from the outer thighs. Her surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. These photographs were taken one year after her initial surgery. Note the overall decrease in size and two-size reduction.
