This patient is a 35-year-old male with massive weight loss, presents with grade 4 gynecomastia. He underwent a free nipple double mastectomy breast reduction (skin excision and nipple re-positioned). He is seen approximately six months after surgery. An abdominoplasty was also performed. Note that his incisions are well healed, and the tattoo camouflages the incisions.
