This is a 51 y.o. male 64 and 240 lb who underwent male breast reduction surgery for adult gynecomastia. He is seen 5 months after surgery.
Note this is a difficult case because he is a better candidate for skin removal. He did not want the larger incisions so a compromise was made in the final outcome. His result is much improved but shows skin laxity on the left side.
