Quincy, California The patient is a 25 year old male who presents with adolescent gynecomastia for evaluation of his chest and lipodystrophy of his abdomen and flanks. He is 6 feet, 215 pounds. He underwent gland excision and suction assisted lipectomy of his chest, as well as liposuction of abdomen and flanks. We excised 79 grams of breast tissue from his right chest and 103 grams of breast tissue from his left chest. He had 875 cc. of fat removed from his left flank and 1300 cc. of fat removed from his right flank. He had approximately 700 cc. of fat and aspirate removed from each chest. His post op course was complicated by post op hematoma in which 150 cc. was removed from his left chest. Other than this he had an uneventful post op course. His photographs are seen about 7 months after surgery.
