CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 50-year-old, male patient, resident of Santa Rosa, California, who presented to the Novato office location in Marin County for evaluation for a facelift. He underwent a facelift procedure and an endoscopic brow lift. His goal was to look younger. The endoscopic brow lift elevated the right brow 7 millimeters and the left brow 5 millimeters. He underwent undermining of the deep SMAS layer to the nasolabial fold and to the upper lip. He had transection of the platysma muscle to attain a good neck/jaw line. His procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. His overall results show a very natural and inviting appearance.
