This is a 60 y. o. female who presents with complete facial aging. Her desire is to look, how she feels. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), endoscopic brow lift, and fat injections to the face. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
