This is a 52 y. o. female who presents with the aging face after massive weight loss. Her goal is to have overall facial rejuvenation. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, She had a lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), endoscopic brow lift, rhinoplasty, fat injections for facial volume, chin implant, and a TCA chemical peel. She is seen 6 months after surgery.

Note with the massive weight loss some of the persistent skin is still present.
