This is a 62 y. o. female who presents with complaints of upper and lower face aging. Her goal is to rejuvenate her entire face and achieve a natural look. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she has an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), endoscopic brow lift, fat injection to the face for volume rejuvenation, and a TCA chemical peel. She is seen 3 months after surgery. Her lower eyelids are still healing.
