This is a 55 y. o. female who presents with the aging face. Her concern is aging of the upper face and the jowls. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift. This includes the mid-face, jowl, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had a brow lift, fat injections for volume replacement. She is seen 6 months after surgery.

Note the natural appearance of her face without a stretched or unnatural look.
