This is a 53 y. o. female who presents sun damage and gravitational aging. Her major complaints are the aging around the eyes, jowls, and loose neck skin. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift. This includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), and a TCA chemical peel. She is seen 4 months after surgery.
