This is a 63 y.o. female with concerns of facial laxity and significant facial wrinkling due to sun damage. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. Also, she had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), an endoscopic browlift, chin implant, facial fat injections, and a TCA chemical peel. She is seen four-month after surgery.

Note the vast improvement in facial wrinkles. This can often be achieved with her skin type when the facelift and the chemical peel are combined simultaneously.
