This is a 73 y. o. female who complains of looking tired and not looking how she feels. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. Included in her surgery were an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), an endoscopic browlift, chin implant, and a TCA chemical peel. She is seen 4 months after surgery. She has a nice refreshed and natural look.
