This is a 62 y.o. female has the primary complaint of a left platysma band. Her surgery was unsuccessful from another physicians practice. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. Her platysma band was transected and repaired higher up. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
