This is a 63 y. o. female who want rejuvenation in the jowl region. She doesnt like the hanging jowls or the heavy skin folds. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. She, also, had a 35% TCA chemical peel. She is seen 6 months after surgery.
Note how the Trichloroacetic acid peel adds tremendously to the skin tightening.
