This is a 58 y. o. female who complains of her jowls and neck fullness. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. She also had a 35% TCA (Trichloroacetic) chemical peel.
Note how the peel adds tremendously to the skin improvement and skin tightening.
