This is a 55 y. o. female with concerns of the aging around the eyes, obvious jowl formation, and loose neck skin. She had a modern-day SMAS facelift which includes the mid-face, jowls, and neck rejuvenation. In addition, she had an upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty),

Note to achieve a natural look, the lines between the nose and the corner of the mouth can not be over-pulled or a stretched or a distorted appearance will result. Facial fillers or fat injections will soften this region if desired.
