CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 48-year-old, female resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for a facelift. She underwent a Hollywood facelift, upper and lower eyelid lift and dermal skin grafts in the nasolabial fold, the fold between the nose and mouth region. This was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. She returned one year later for a secondary stage for a full face laser resurfacing with the CO2 laser and an endoscopic brow lift. Note the improvement in the overall appearance and youthfulness of her face and the improvement of the wrinkles of her face from a long history of smoking. She is seen in this photograph early in her recovery period since she moved out of the area.
