CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 46-year-old, female resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for a facelift. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid lift, or blepharoplasty, and a lower facelift. She had 6 millimeters of eyebrow elevation and a lower eyelid external incision for her lower lid blepharoplasty. Her neck had a partial platysma plication for better definition of her neck. The procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. She is seen approximately three months after surgery.
